Lee joined Rodgers and Associates in 2004. She acquired the prestigious Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 1999 and brings a wealth of planning and tax expertise to the company. Working as a part of the Rodgers & Associates team and using our proprietary WealthGuard planning process, Lee provides her clients with quality financial planning services.

Prior to joining the firm, Lee was associated with Miller & Miller CPAs, LLP for five years. During her tenure she developed the firm’s asset management services in cooperation with Oppenheimer & Co., a Wall Street investment consulting firm in New York City. Her work focused on successfully transitioning high net worth clients into retirement by creating efficient tax and estate strategies that enhanced asset management services. Lee began her career in 1992 with H & R Block where she worked as a tax advisor for nine years.

In addition to her specialized training in financial planning, Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Shippensburg University. Lee has served as an active member of the Financial Planning Association and past President of the Lancaster Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Lee is also a NAPFA-Registered Investment Adviser.
