“Somewhere in your make-up there lies sleeping, the seed of achievement which, if aroused and put into action, would carry you to heights, such as you may never have hoped to attain.”

Get started on your Mind Scan

Some have defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again yet expecting different results. As obvious as this sounds it is surprising how many people continue to test this statement. How many times have you tried the same methods of discipline with your children or motivation with an employee only to yield the same results? If you are looking to get a new result than you must first change your thinking. Any action initially begins in our thoughts, is then transferred from our head to our mouths and finally executed. In order to change your thinking you must have an epiphany. A paradigm shift needs to occur as a result of a new revelation.

The Mind Scan is like an MRI of our thought process. It provides a mirror image of our decision making process. This information allows you to actually see where the shifts need to occur.

Inner Voice/Conscience: We each have our own internal compass that is constantly trying to keep us on the path of our destiny. We are here for a reason each one of us with a definite purpose. It is the struggle to block out other voices that would take us on another path.

This profile was developed by Dr. Hartman as a result of his quest to objectively and accurately quantify values. He began his studies while he was in Germany during the time that Hitler was coming to power. He was perplexed that one man could be so influential over such an immense number of people with a message that was plainly wrong. He envisioned a science that would measure value in the human mind. This began the study of the theory of value, later termed axiology.

The Mind Scan differs greatly from other self assessment tests that measure what a person is good act (aptitude and skill tests) or personality profiling. This profile is an invaluable tool that scientifically gathers, organizes, and objectively lays out how you view yourself (your internal world) and your external world.

What if offers:

* Objective, scientific profile of your thinking process
* A greater understanding and acceptance of yourself
* The ability to see where your mental blind spots are
* A mirror of where your focus lies
* A new perspective of your everyday world

Our decision making process is as unique as we are. It is a collection of values formed by our lives’ experiences and internal wiring. Although our uniqueness is what gives us value, it can also cause our perceptions to be skewed triggering error. One degree of error is not bad if you are going down the block but if your headed for the moon you’ll be in big trouble! Because we view the world from our own perspective we tend to pay attention to some things and leave others out. Your Mind Scan results will show you what areas you see clearly and the areas that are clouded or that you are not even aware of. These are called mental blind spots. Often these blind spots are the reason for stagnating success or complete failure.

The Mind Scan is especially useful for the following purposes:

* Discover strengths and weaknesses to help with career and life paths.
* Executives, managers, and employers will find it useful for:
o Discovering the strengths and weaknesses in yourself and your team
o Identifying areas where additional training may be needed
o Organizing work teams and groups
o Measuring group morale
o Determining suitability for promotions and job reallocations
o Retaining existing employees
o In accident prevention
* Counselors and therapists will find it helpful in:
o Identifying compatibility when matching potential partners in marriage
o Marriage counseling
o Preventive mental health programs
o Psycho- and Axio-therapy to guide the direction of treatment and to pinpoint results and progress
o Identifying stages of and facilitating moral and religious growth and development

The results of the HVP are derived from logical, mathematical norms, and are not based on the values of any specific population or group. Consequently, it is not a “test” to be passed or failed; and the results have no bias with respect to sex, age, race, creed, or any other socio-cultural classification. Honesty is the best criterion for obtaining accurate results.
